  Pure Beef-An Essential Guide to Artisan Meat with Recipes for Every Cut, by Lynne Curry. Published by Running Press, 2012. Lynne is a chef and accomplished writer. Her cookbook is a delight. 
  The River Cottage Meat Cookbook by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. Published by Ten Speed Press, 2007. Chef Hugh is a leader in sustainable food and a successful chef, restaurant owner, etc. We love his passion and respect for the animals that he cooks. 
The Grass-fed Gourmet Cookbook by Shannon Hayes. Published by Eating Fresh Publications, 2004. Shannon provides great tips on cooking grass-fed meats. 
   Meat Club Cookbook: for Gals Who Love Their Meat! by Vanessa Dina, Kristina Fuller, and Gemma DePalma. Published by Chronicle books, LLC, 2006. These girls love their meat and love to cook!
