GRASS-FED BEEF RECIPES: 

Eating 100% grass fed beef recipes will augment your taste for beef as you will discover the true taste of natural beef. The most important thing to know about cooking grass fed beef is that since it is completely natural and leaner than corn- fed beef, it cooks in 30% less time. 


We provide grass-fed beef recipes, cooking tips and storage tips.  We partnered with Bay Area Private chef and cooking instructor, Deborah Dal Fovo, http://www.deborahdalfovo.com/, who helped us develop tips for ensuring fabulous beef when you cook it.

  • Grass-fed beef is a seasonal product. We invite you to try this season's beef. Our cattle are raised in a natural environment feeding on native grasses-no antibiotics, no artificial hormones, no feedlots. 
  • All our beef is frozen at minus 20 degrees and vacuumed packed to provide healthy 100% grass fed beef.  Based on personal experience, we believe our beef has a shelf life of over 18 months. Our customers have told us that our beef retains its freshness and flavor in the freezer beautifully.
  • Assume you can fit 35 lb. of beef per cubic foot in your freezer.
