Brandon Natural Beef 100% grass- fed slow-cook beef cuts celebrate the joy of cooking long simmering braising dishes. We are celebrating our fifth season by offering a broad selection of grass-fed slow-cook cuts, including short-ribs, flanken-ribs, oxtails, brisket, roasts, and shanks. We are also pleased to offer grass-fed organ meats: liver, heart and tongue.
New: To provide you flexibility and choice, we have packaged most of these products as 2-4 lb. packages, sized for cooking for about 3-4 people. We request you order a minimum of $60.00. For additional value and variety, see our Combination Packages.

For Bay Area residences (within 50 miles, including Morgan Hill ), we will deliver free of charge. For non-Bay area residences, we Ship Federal Express 2nd Day Air or Fed Ex Home Delivery Monday and Tuesday. Shipping is available in the continental United States only, to street addresses only (no PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses). To ensure that your steaks and ground beef stay frozen, we package them in insulated Styrofoam containers with dry ice. Our flat rate shipping rates include packaging and dry ice.
