Flat Iron Steaks
Chef love flat iron steaks. Also, called a Blade Steak, our grass fed flat iron is a special cut from the chuck portion of the cow. It has enormous flavor and cooks beautifully on it's own with or without a rub or marinade. We prepare our grass fed Flat Irons in a cast-iron skillet with a touch of salt, pepper and olive oil.
This Flat Iron special includes 6-7 steaks, each weighing about 11-12 oz.

For Bay Area residences (within 50 miles of San Francisco), we will deliver free of charge. For non-Bay area residences, we Ship Federal Express 2nd Day Air or Home Delivery Monday and Tuesday. Shipping is available in the continental United States only, to street addresses only (no PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses). To ensure that your steaks and ground beef stay frozen, we package them in insulated Styrofoam containers with dry ice. Our flat rate shipping rates include packaging and dry ice.
